After coming upon a vintage 1940’s hat in a French thrift store and discovering the milliner’s name was also Leone, Janessa Leone the label was born. Two years of research later, Leone found a factory that uses traditional millinery techniques and does all the hand-making to create her fashion-forward but accessible hats. Her beloved hats have been spotted on everyone from Rosie Huntington-Whitley to Beyonce.
